last wednesday i weighed 156.4 pounds. this morning i weigh 155.2 pounds, a loss of 1.2 pounds for this week.

i am getting there.


  1. Yes you are! I'm always so amazed and impressed by you. And remember: It's not just about getting to a certain weight, but about being healthy. You're awesome. And I miss hanging out with you!!!

  2. thanks heidi! and i am so much healthier than ever before. from my physical fitness, to my eating habits (even my treats are actually good for me, like the strawberry shortcake i just had for lunch. fresh berries without sugar, whole wheat short cakes, and vanilla frozen yogurt on top.)

    my whole world has changed and now im just chipping away those little bits of weight left. i know that even from my goal i could loose a little more, but i dont really care if i do or not. id just like to get there.
